Home · How We Work
What this costs, before you ask.
Most agencies make you sit through a pitch to hear a number. Here is ours, up front, with the process around it.
Retainer
$500 – $3,000
a month — most engagements land here. Month to month.
CRM & app builds
from $5,000
scoped once, built once, yours when it ships.
AI & automation
Scoped after the audit
quoted on what you are actually trying to change, not before.
The process
Four steps. One gate each.
01
The audit — 15 minutes, free.
We map what you already run and show you where it leaks. You keep the map either way.
02
The plan — scoped and priced.
What we would change, in what order, what it costs, and what number we will judge it on. You approve before anything is built.
03
The build — shipped in pieces.
Each piece goes live on its own so you see progress weekly, not at a big reveal three months out.
04
The run — managed, measured, month to month.
Every channel judged on what a booked job costs you. Numbers you can ask about on any call.
The questions
Straight answers.
How much does a marketing agency cost?
At AlliedOne, retainers run $500 to $3,000 a month depending on scope. Custom CRM and app builds start around $5,000. AI and automation work is scoped to your goals and quoted after the audit, not before.
Why is your pricing public?
Because the question is the first thing every owner wants answered, and agencies that hide the number are usually hiding the answer. Publishing the band saves us both a discovery call that goes nowhere.
What happens in the audit?
Fifteen minutes. We map what you already run - the site, the ads, the CRM, the calendar, the invoicing - and show you where the handoffs break. You leave with the map whether you hire us or not.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. No twelve-month contract as a substitute for results. Builds are quoted once and built once; retainers you can stop any month.
Who actually does the work?
A small Central Texas team that runs its own businesses on the same systems - marketing, websites and back office from the same people, so nothing is lost in a handoff between three vendors. We use AI where it makes the work better and a person is accountable for every deliverable. The AI Charter spells it out.
